Young Israel of Kings Bay - YIKB is a vibrant, growing community Synagogue situated in the heart of Sheepshead Bay. YIKB is a family oriented Synagogue which caters to all age groups from children to seniors with individualized, stimulating programs. Our members include individuals from various backgrounds and cultures yet all feel comfortable and welcome and are passionate about being part of the YIKB family! Established in 1937, the Synagogue offers an impressive array of services for the Jewish community, including Shabbat, holiday and daily prayer services, educational classes and workshops on Judaism and other social services. Our community gathers in the warm and loving sanctuary to pray, observe Shabbat and Festivals or to commemorate special anniversaries and Yahrtzeits.
